It’s true what they say about breakfast being the most important meal of the day because it kick-starts your body and mind for the day ahead.

Although most of us don’t have time for a full cooked breakfast during the weekdays and muesli, yoghurt, fruit or toast is usually the best we can do, there is always the weekend to look forward to for a more exciting breakfast like eggs and bacon, omelettes or pancakes.
