Stock is a must for busy mums to have ready in small containers in the freezer to make healthy soups for little ones (and big ones too). Just defrost the stock, place in a pot and bring to the boil. Add some diced vegies, small pasta or diced chicken breast (or all three for a hearty soup) and simmer until what you have added has cooked through.
