Home made tomato sauce is great to make and have in the fridge or freezer ready to use for a multitude of dishes. It’s particularly good with spaghetti – a dish that Pedro loves to eat (with his hands)!
Just boil spaghetti according the instructions on the pack. Once cooked, strain and add to warm tomato sauce and serve immediately. I love to crumble creamy feta cheese over the top for that Greek flavour or, if you prefer, add freshly grated parmigiano reggiano.
