As a mother of 3 sons and a grandmother, raising healthy children was my main priority whilst they were growing up. I believe good food is critical for good health and wellbeing and that children should be fed healthy nutritious home cooked food that also tastes good. I cooked a variety of food for my sons and, although they didn’t always like everything, they would usually try it. As a result, my boys have grown up to become healthy men who love and appreciate good food and always prefer a home cooked meal to fast food.
