Nothing screams summer louder than Caprese salad.
The sweetness of sun ripened juicy tomatoes is enhanced by the aromatic basil and creaminess of the burrata mozzarella.
This is such a simple salad and, it’s that simplicity, that makes it so delicious. This traditional Italian summer salad originates from the Isle of Capri in the Gulf of Naples, Italy.
There are many ways you can present this salad, but this flower design has to be my favourite.
