Here is another asparagus recipe as part of my Spring series that I know you and your family will enjoy.
This is a ‘no brainer’ dish to make during the working week when you come home after a long day at work and need to cook something quick and easy for dinner. This dish is not only fast to make and nutritious, it’s also very versatile. It’s delicious served with just about anything from fish, steak or chicken. Best of all, the kids like it well, mine always have and still do.
I really love the balance of flavours in this dish. The saltiness of the parmesan cheese and sweetness of the aged balsamic vinegar contrasts with the fresh delicate earthy flavour of the asparagus. Why don’t you give it a go and let me know if you like it.
